About Perform Rescue from a Live LV Panel - First Aid Courses Murray Bridge

Suitable for both electrical and non-electrical qualified personnel and mandatory requirement for Electrical Safety Observers.

This nationally accredited course covers the performance of rescue procedures from live Low Voltage (LV) apparatus, not including overhead lines and underground cables in the work place. It specifies the mandatory requirements of rescue from a live LV panel. It encompasses responsibilities for, health, safety and risk management processes at all operative levels and adherence to safety practices as part of the normal way of doing work.

Competencies Awarded

  • UETTDRRF06B Perform rescue from a live LV panel
  • HLTAID001 - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Low Voltage Rescue Training (LVR Training) Verification of Competencies can be delivered on-site and at our training facility.

The new 2014 Electrical Code of Practice recommends refresher training every 12 months for both the LVR and CPR units 

This 5 hour course will provide you with an understanding of how to apply immediate care of an injured or suddenly sick casualty be that first aid response, life support, management of casualty(s), the incident and other first aiders, until more advanced medical help arrives. Appropriate for a wide range of situations including the workplace, home or neighbourhood.
